System Workbench for STM32

Any future support for extended memory programming (STMF7)

Hi with STLink it is possible to enable the programmer to programmer outside of the main processor region. This is needed for boards like the new ST Discovery F746NG board. The icons and other data are linked to off-chip memory. It'd be nice to be able to program the boards from within OpenSTM instead of having to exit out to STLink.
Comments?

It would be very useful to be able to do this. I would welcome any change, or configuration that would allow this to happen easily.

Hi,

It is very important function and is missing from system workbench.
Mostly for linux user, linux user now have no way to progrm external memmory.
Developping apps that need to have data in extrnal memmory on linux i practicly imposible.
