System Workbench for STM32

Where is the Eclipse CTRL+SHFT+P command to select a block of code between {} or [] or ()?

Is there a plugin editor I should add to Eclipse for this extra funcationality?

I used the Help menu, but there was nothing in my Hlep menu about the Editor.

Windows 7, 64 bit, Java 64 bit.
