    I'm trying to operate the board and it's functions but it won't turn on when i plug it into the PC. Any ideas? I'm using the ST-Link to power up the board. The PWR led 7 is on but is constantly blinking.

    Hi, Please try installing the stlink driver. and checking power and IDD jumpers
