    • Run and Debug Configurations don't work

    Hi,

    How did you install the IDE ? By using the installer or on the Eclipse (Install new Software...) ?
    If you have installed it on Eclipse, try to re-install the ST-Link/V2-1 driver : http://www.st.com/web/catalog/tools/FM147/SC1887/PF260219
