Cannot program STM32F746 - Please help

I don't have enough knowledge about OpenOCD and FT2232D to help you. For now, I did only focus on the ST-Link/V2 to program my device. You might find more support about this issue on the OpenOCD forum : https://forum.sparkfun.com/viewforum.php?f=18
