Effectively, the links were wrongly named (.exe.zip instead of just .zip); it's corrected now.
Regarding the installers, they seem to be correct on the web site; could you check that you are effectively downloading it? Try to check the MD5 of the downloaded file, for example using Microsoft File Checksum Integrity Verifier that you can get on Microsoft download area
