Installing Standard Peripheral Library: Download Fail and Cannot find Locally

I have tried to installed the directory: STM32F4xx_DSP_StdPeriph_Lib_V1.8.0 in the path:
C:\Users\DDS\AppData\Roaming\Ac6\SW4STM32\firmwares

I am still unable to get past the Project Firmware Config.
