    The error message is the following:

    "Error in final launch sequence
    Failed to execute MI command:
    -target-select remote localhost:3333

    Error message from debugger back end:
    localhost:3333: The system tried to join a drive to a directory on a joined drive.
    localhost:3333: The system tried to join a drive to a directory on a joined drive."

    Try running the command manually via a terminal. On Linux I found that openocd was requesting a library that was not installed on my system. But regardless of the cause, running manually should provide you with the information needed to get it going.

    Dear Pascale,

    Thanks for the reply! My first solution was that I used an F4Discovery board to program the VLDiscovery, but I will check your suggestion!

    I realised that the othes suggested method is exatly the same what I use.:)
