This information can be found in the "Installation" page http://www.openstm32.org/Installing%2BSystem%2BWorkbench%2Bfor%2BSTM32%2Bwith%2Binstaller
You have to install lib32ncurses5.
On Ubuntu : sudo apt-get install lib32ncurses5
Linaro only releases 32-bit GCC binaries which depends on 32bits libraries often not installed by default on your system.
