STemWin Trainning Video - Can't find lab file

at location 3:55 in the video.
Presenter said after download the F4 firmware package,
there is a file named "STemWin_Labs.v.2.0_Materials.zip"
and inside it, there is a folder named "Lab".
I download the latest firmware from ST site.
But there is no such file named
"STemWin_Labs.v.2.0_Materials.zip".
Anyone know where to get that file ?
